IndieGesta APS indice la ventiduesima edizione del Festival internazionale del Cinema Breve denominato DIECIMINUTI FILM FESTIVAL.

1. La partecipazione al concorso è libera e aperta a tutti.
2. Ogni autore può partecipare con una sola opera per ogni sezione competitiva.
3. Le sezioni del concorso sono le seguenti:

• Selezione Ufficiale (Cortometraggi della durata massima di 10 minuti, compresi i titoli di testa e di coda, rilasciati dopo il 1° Gennaio 2026);
• ExtraLarge (Cortometraggi della durata compresa tra i 10 e i 20 minuti, compresi i titoli di testa e di coda, rilasciati dopo il 1° Gennaio 2026);
• Animazioni (Animazioni della durata massima di 15 minuti, compresi i titoli di testa e di coda, rilasciati dopo il 1° Gennaio 2026);
• Sezione Doc10 (Documentari della durata massima di 15 minuti, compresi i titoli di testa e di coda, rilasciati dopo il 1° Gennaio 2026);
• Visti da Vicino (Cortometraggi della durata massima di 10 minuti, compresi i titoli di testa e di coda, rilasciati da autori provenienti dalla provincia di Frosinone dopo il 1° Gennaio 2026);

4. Il concorso è a tema libero. Non sono ammesse opere che abbiano già partecipato alle prime 21 edizioni del concorso.

5. Per partecipare al concorso, ogni autore dovrà utilizzare la piattaforma Festhome, compilando tutte le informazioni necessarie. Per ammettere i corti alla selezione è obbligatorio:

a) I cortometraggi non in lingua italiana dovranno essere sottotitolati in lingua italiana o inglese, e dovranno essere obbligatoriamente accompagnati da una lista dialoghi, compresi i corti in lingua italiana o inglese;

b) Sono accettati formati a partire da 1920x1080p, in formato mp4;

c) I corti dovranno avere il consenso di download.

6. Le opere dovranno essere spedite entro e non oltre il 30/11/2026
7. L’organizzazione avrà il diritto di utilizzazione delle opere pervenute e dell’altro materiale inviato (ad es. fotografie) esclusivamente per gli usi connessi alla manifestazione. Il titolare dei diritti di utilizzazione dell’opera, compilando la parte relativa nella scheda di adesione, potrà autorizzare il suo utilizzo, anche se non in via esclusiva, all’interno di manifestazioni culturali e non a scopo di lucro.
8. L’autore è il solo responsabile del contenuto dell’opera e titolare dei diritti a essa connessi.
9. L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di preselezionare le opere inviate ai fini della loro proiezione in pubblico e di segnalare sul programma del festival l’eventuale dicitura “Visione non adatta ai minori di 18 anni” qualora lo ritenesse opportuno. Le opere selezionate verranno proiettate nei giorni del Festival nella sala cinematografica messa a disposizione dall’organizzazione.
10. Gli autori delle opere selezionate per la fase finale riceveranno comunicazione tramite email, e da quel momento avranno 10 giorni di tempo per inviare la copia da proiezione priva di sottotitoli.
11. La giuria proclamerà a suo insindacabile giudizio i vincitori nella serata conclusiva del Festival. I nomi dei vincitori verranno notificati per tempo agli interessati e, qualora gli stessi o persone da loro delegate non fossero presenti alla cerimonia di premiazione, l’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di non assegnare i premi che non verranno ritirati.
12. I premi che verranno assegnati saranno i seguenti:

a) Vincitore della Selezione Ufficiale: 2000,00 € + statuetta artistica;
b) Vincitore della Sezione ExtraLarge: 800,00 € + statuetta artistica;
c) Vincitore della Sezione Animazioni: 800,00 € + statuetta artistica;
d) Vincitore della Sezione Doc10: 800,00 € + statuetta artistica;
e) Vincitore della Sezione Visti da Vicino: 500,00 € + statuetta artistica;
f) La Giuria Ufficiale assegnerà poi i seguenti riconoscimenti: Miglior Regia, Miglior Sceneggiatura, Miglior Montaggio, Miglior Fotografia, Miglior Colonna sonora originale, Miglior Attore, Miglior Attrice: statuetta artistica;
g) L’organizzazione si riserva di non assegnare premi qualora in una particolare Sezione non vi siano opere degne di riconoscimenti.
h) L’organizzazione si riserva di non ammettere in competizione opere in cui l’utilizzo dell’intelligenza artificiale sia eccessivamente invasiva.

13. Le serate conclusive del Festival si svolgeranno dal 4 all’8 maggio 2027 e avranno luogo a Ceccano (Fr).
14. La partecipazione al concorso implica l’accettazione integrale del presente regolamento. Per qualsiasi caso non previsto nel presente bando di concorso, valgono le decisioni prese dall’organizzazione.

IndieGesta APS proudly presents the 22 nd edition of international short film festival Dieciminuti Film Festival.

1. Entry to the competition is free and open to all.
2. Each contestant can only enter one short film per category in competition.
4. The categories forming part of the competition are the following: -Official Selection – short films up to 10 minutes in length, including titles and credits, completed after 1 st January 2026.

ExtraLarge – short films between 10 and 20 minutes in length,
including titles and credits, completed after 1 st January 2026.

Animations – animations up to 15 minutes in length, including titles
and credits, completed after 1 st January 2026.

Doc10 – documentaries up to 15 minutes in length, including titles
and credits, completed after 1 st January 2026.

Visti da Vicino (Seen Up Close) – short films up to 10 minutes in
length, including titles and credits, by filmmakers from the province
of Frosinone (Italy) completed after 1 st January 2026.

5. There are no restrictions to the subjects treated in short films.
Works that participated in one of the previous twentyone editions of the competition are not eligible.

6. Entries must be submitted via one of the authorised platforms (Filmfreeway and Festhome), by filling in all the required information. In order to be considered for the competition, entries must meet the following criteria:
For short films that are not in Italian, a subtitle track in either Italian or English must be provided. Each entry must be accompanied by a dialogue list, this also applies to short films that are in either Italian or English;

The minimum accepted format is 1920x1080p. Entries must be in mp4 format; The Festival organisers will have to be granted permissions to download the short films submitted, regardless of whether they are uploaded on the authorised platforms or submitted as a Vimeo link.

7. All submissions must be received by 30th of November 2026.
8. The Festival organisers reserve the right to use the films entered in the competition and any other accompanying material (such as photographs) exclusively in connection with the Festival. When completing the submission form, the rights holder for each
individual film may authorise its use, albeit not-exclusively, for other similar events that are not for profit.
9. Authors are the sole responsible for the content of their works and sole holders of the associated rights.
10. The Festival organisers reserve the right to pre-select all entries submitted for public screening and to indicate on the Festival programme, wherever necessary, if a short film is not suitable to persons under 18. The short films selected will be screened during the days of the Festival in the venue provided by the Festival organisers.
11. The authors of the shortlisted films will be informed via email and will be required to provide a copy of their film suitable for projection and without subtitles within 10 days of receipt.
12. The jury will determine the winners for each category in the competition, this decision is final and non-negotiable. The winners will be announced during the Award Ceremony that will take place on the closing day of the Festival. The winners will be notified per time, and where they are not able to attend the Award Ceremony or
ensure the attendance of a suitable delegate, the Festival organisers have the right to not give out the prizes that will not be collected.
13. The prizes that will be awarded are as follows:

The winner of the Official Selection will receive a €2,000 cash prize and the Festival statuette;

The winner of the Extralarge category will receive a €800 cash prize and an award to take home;
c) The winner of the Animations category will receive a €800 cash prize and an award to take home;
d) The winner of the Doc10 category will receive a €800 cash prize and an award to take home;
e) The winner of the Visti da Vicino category will receive a €500 cash prize and an award to take home;
f) The Official Jury will also determine the winners of the following categories: Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Original Score, Best Actor, Best Actress. The winners of these categories will receive an award to take home.
g) The Festival organisers have the right to refrain from giving out an award for a specific category whenever it is determined the short films submitted are not of a notable standard.
h) The organizers reserve the right not to accept works in which the use of artificial intelligence is too invasive.
14. The Festival will take place from 4th to 8th of May 2027 in Ceccano (Frosinone, Italy).
15. By submitting their works to this Festival, authors accept the terms imposed by this document. The Festival organisers have the right to make decisions about cases that are not specifically mentioned in these terms.
